Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at straybeautiful@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Any return request must be initiated via return request below within 5 days of delivery. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items (unless received damaged or spoilt):
  • Edible and perishable items like food, treats etc.
  • Personalized products that are made to order
  • Beds, play pens, crates & carriers
  • Dog Toys & Cat Toys
  • Items purchased during sales
  • Dog Pads/Diapers
  • CBD & Supplements
  • Gift Cards

Returns and exchanges will also not be accepted in the following circumstances:
  • If request is initiated after 15 business days of order delivery
  • Product is used or altered
  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse by the customer
  • Returned attempted without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
  • Items purchased on discounted price are also not eligible for return/exchange 
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping fees are not refundable. Furthermore, if you've received free shipping (ie you did not pay for shipping), your refund will be reduced by the shipping fees we paid to ship your items to you.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember any charges for shipping which are incurred with almost every order will be deducted from the full amount paid. it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
